Managing the Threat

Thursday, March 5, 2026 - 10:30:00 AM until

The increase in activity from far right agitators has made amy people concerned for their safety, including both people in the immigration and asylum system and those who support them.

While migrant specific organisations have been first in the line of fire we have seen targetting of other organisations who either have services specific to those in the immigration and asylum system or have a large number of service users from migrant backgrounds.

The session will include a presentation by Hope Not Hate.

This session will look at:

  • understanding and assessing the threat from the far right
  • what actions organisations can take to improve staff and volunteer safety
  • how to handle tensions within services

This is a Migrant Homelessness Frontline Network event open to all those working across with UK with non-UK nationals experienceing homelessness.
