The Frontline Network our delighted to present this training session, delivered by Risk and Resilience, on Professional Resilience for UK frontline workers.

Please note this training is offered exclusively to frontline workers in the UK who support people experiencing homelessness. If your role falls outside of this criteria, you will not be able to attend this training.

Who is this training for?

This course is designed for all frontline staff, team leaders, service management and relevant support staff who work in substance use, mental health, housing/homelessness, outreach, support and care services and all other related fields.

As stated above, funding that allows us to offer this training for free means can only offer this opportunity exclusively to frontline workers in the UK supporting people experiencing homelessness. If you do not meet this criteria you will not be able to join this session.

To register you must use a valid work email address. Anyone registering using a personal email address will have their ticket returned and be unable to join the session.

Please note we reserve the right to limit attendance to a maximum of three people per organisation. If we receive more than three sign ups from the same organisation we may be required to return tickets for additional registrations.

Outline

Course will start at 9.30am and fun to 3.45pm. Days training will cover the following topics:

· Exploring professional resilience

· Trauma informed practice

· Understanding compassion fatigue, burnout and vicarious trauma

· Using personal (self-compassion) and team/organisational responses to build resilience

· Good practice, top tips and further information

· Q&A and next steps

Delivery

Delivered over a full day, this training will be held online.

You will need Zoom set up on your computer ahead of time to ensure accessing event on time.

You will receive joining links and any course materials at least the day ahead of training.
