All in for Change are Recruiting for their Change Team

Thursday, October 1, 2026 - 10:38:15 AM until

Are you a frontline worker who wants to help make things better for the people you work with and influence change in Scotland?

Read their recruitment notice from All in for Change below to find out more information about this opportunity:

All in for Change is a collaborative project facilitated by Homeless Network Scotland and Cyrenians which brings together people who are passionate about ending homelessness.

At the heart of the work is our Change Team – those with expertise in what homelessness looks and feels like, either through their own experiences or through working in a direct support or advice role.

The Change Team was formed in 2019 and has been bringing the expertise of frontline workers and people with lived experience to decision makers across Scotland ever since.

We act as a bridge between policy and practice, helping to ensure that the voices and experiences of those working directly with people affected by homelessness are heard and can influence change.

We’re looking for frontline workers to join the Change Team.

If you’re passionate about supporting people, have ideas about what could work better, and want to work alongside people with lived experience and decision makers to shape policy and practice locally and nationally, we’d love to hear from you.

Download our recruitment pack here to find out more about the Change Team and apply.

Closing date: Wednesday, 11 November.

Why get involved with All in for Change? Here’s what team members say...

“As a Change Lead I get to feel that my experience working in homelessness, and the experience of those who are or have been homeless, matters to decision makers. There is nothing uplifting about homelessness but coming together with other Change Leads to talk about solutions is genuinely one of the most hopeful parts of my working month. All in for Change is a relaxed and informal environment where people are serious about homelessness.” – frontline worker, All in for Change

“Being part of the All in for Change team is an opportunity to turn experience into action. I believe that people who use services, alongside those working on the frontline, have valuable insights into what works well and what needs to change.

“As a Change Lead, you have the chance to bring those voices together and help shape meaningful improvements. Through my involvement, I've gained confidence, built new connections, and met inspiring people from across Scotland who share a commitment to making a difference.

"It’s incredibly rewarding to work alongside others who are passionate about improving outcomes for people experiencing homelessness and housing challenges. Knowing that our experiences and perspectives are listened to, valued, and can influence real change makes being part of the team so worthwhile.” – frontline worker, All in for Change
