Speak at the Frontline Network Annual Conference 2026

Tuesday, January 6, 2026

Each year, the Frontline Network Annual Conference brings together hundreds of homelessness sector professionals from across the UK for a day of learning and reflection.

Whether through our Annual Survey, our Frontline Partners, or from direct feedback, our conference aims to represent frontline experiences, share knowledge and insights, and highlight solution-focused ideas for the challenges faced across the sector.

For 2026, we want you to be part of the conversation.

Submit Your Proposal

Expressions of interest to speak at the 2026 Frontline Network Annual conference are now open.

We are looking to hear from frontline workers, specialists, researchers, sector leaders and campaigners who can reflect on the latest research, share best practice, spark new ideas, shed light on less discussed areas and explore innovative ways of working.

Sessions will be roundtable-style, with presenters from multiple organisations discussing a shared area of expertise. The conference will be hosted online, with each session delivered in a webinar format. Date for the conference will be Tuesday 23 June.

To express your interest, complete a short form providing details of your proposed presentation or discussion topic, including key messages and audience takeaways.

You can watch videos from our 2025 Annual Conference here for an idea of previous sessions we’ve hosted.

All proposals will be reviewed as part of our planning process after the closing date. We will contact you with the outcome of your expression of interest and, if selected for further consideration, discuss how we can shape a session together.

If you have any queries about our conference or the expression of interest, please contact frontline@stmartinscharity.org.uk and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.

Submissions are now open and will close on Friday 20 February.

About our Annual Conference 2025

The Frontline Network Conference 2025 was our biggest event yet. We hosted 10 sessions, heard from over 35 speakers, and saw 428 frontline staff attending from across all four nations of the UK.

We heard local innovation, national research and frontline-led solutions across key topics such as reflective practice, housing, mental health, women’s, LGBTQ+ and migrant homelessness and co-production – all shaped directly by our Annual Frontline Worker Survey and contributions from our community.

You can watch our session from our 2025 Annual Conference here

Read what attendees said about our last conference:

“It has given me hope that I am not so alone and there is work being done out there to stand up for the sector and value of our roles within housing and support.”

“[I feel] much more heard and listened to and the topics were supportive and relevant to my and my colleagues’ roles and feelings about work.”

‘I feel encouraged that there is such good work happening around the UK in this sector and that people are making ways where there seem to be no ways...’
