Applications open for free leadership programmes from Homeless Link

Tuesday, June 10, 2025

Homeless Link are opening applications for their September homelessness leadership programme cohorts on 23 June. See below for more information on the programme and how to apply.

Are you a current leader working in homelessness, or do you aspire to be a leader in the future?

Would you like dedicated time and a network of peers to help build your leadership skills, address challenges and learn from others who understand how it feels to walk in your shoes?

Homeless Link are thrilled to announce that our ILM-recognised Established Leaders and Emerging Leaders programmes are back, along with more cohorts of our recently launched Aspiring Leaders. All programmes are fully funded by MHCLG and the City Bridge Foundation, meaning they are free to join!

Designed specifically for CEOs, senior leaders, and new managers in the homelessness sector in London and across England, these free seven-month programmes will help you:

  • Get support from others in similar roles
  • Gain confidence and skills to inspire and influence your teams
  • Bring new approaches and actively tackle your organisation's challenges
  • Develop joint solutions to make the homelessness sector more effective.

In small cohorts of 12 people, join us for transformative workshops, action learning sets, networking, and more, starting this September.

We specifically encourage people from marginalised communities; particularly Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups, LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities and people with lived experience of homelessness to apply.

Apply between 23 June and 18 July!

Please note that it is a competitive process and we are usually over-subscribed. Please read the application criteria carefully and allow time to fully answer the application questions. If you have any questions, please get in touch via email at leadership@homelesslink.org.uk

Visit Homeless Link's leadership webpages for more information.
