We know that across England, rough sleeping outreach services can operate very differently but there are often shared challenges for outreach workers. Homeless Link have decided to host a quarterly reflective space for outreach workers to come together to share challenges, promote best practice, and think about new innovative ways to support people sleeping rough.
There will be 4 sessions across the next year, focussing on topics such as trauma-informed and person-centred support, staff safety, and partnership working.
Sign up to the first session on the 12th June which will focus on the importance of staff safety and wellbeing.
