Frontline Worker Survey: Government Consultation to remove Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988

This month the Frontline Network are submitting written evidence to the Government's consultation proposing to repeal Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 – the no-fault eviction notice, and we are seeking your views on the Government's plan to remove Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988.
Please complete this five-minute survey, so that your expert views form a key part of our written evidence, to positively influence the Government’s decision. We are eager to ensure your voice is fully represented within our submission.
We are also collecting views from the frontline in relation to this matter on Twitter.

The end of a private tenancy is the single leading cause of homelessness across England. We believe it is vitally important to engage with this consultation, to explain why landlords should no longer be able to evict tenants at short notice without good reason.
