Joe from Justlife went to visit Cyrenians to find out how they were engaging with decision makers.
Joe met with Ewan Aitken, Cyrenians CEO, and chatted about the importance of creating systems that value compassion and trusted relationships for both organisation staff and service users alike.
He also attended an event seeking to consult frontline workers on how the Scottish Government should spend £50 million over the next 5 years to end homelessness. Joe said that he "left my time with Cyrenians charged to improve our engagement with decision makers.".
Since then the Brighton and Hove Frontline Network, hosted by Justlife, has put on a local event aimed at building relationships between the local DWP team and frontline workers.
