Maximising Your Influencing and Negotiation Skills - Delivered by Shelter
Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Frontline Network would like to invite you to our next FREE online learning event.
This two hour webinar will provide guidance and support about how to use negotiation skills to positively influence outcomes for service users.
Research in the field of negotiation will deepen participants knowledge regarding the psychology and prepare them with strategies to get the best outcomes in different situations.
Participants will:
- Explore the different stages of negotiation and have a model for future negotiation with customers.
- Be aware of the importance of communication skills for getting the best outcomes.
- Deal with difficult situations, specifically objections and anger when raised during eviction proceedings.
- Reach workable solutions for dealing with a range of housing issues using objective criteria.
- Be clear about good practice relating to recording behaviour agreements.
