Webinar: Responding to Resilience Risks 2 (London)
On 5 July applications open to the Responding to Resilience Risk 2 (RRR2) programme. You can find out more about the programme at this webinar hosted by Homeless Link.
What is the RRR2 programme?
This programme of personal and team development, based on coaching and group work, is running from October 2021- March 2022. Coaching is an empowering process, which seeks to situate individual personal goals within team goals and enable work towards these. Expert coaches from Guildhall Coaching Associates will deliver the programme.
Twelve organisations will be selected to take part, each with eight individual staff members or long-term volunteers who are committed to participating. Participants will be part of research and an evaluation, led by partner, Renaisi alongside sessions to enable the programme impacts to be reflected on and feed into future planning for resilience-based initiatives. Each organisation participating will receive a payment of £25,000 (inclusive) to enable staff time to be released for programme focus.
Individuals taking part will access six one-to-one coaching sessions in addition to team group work with your organisation and a partner organisation, enabling shared learning and reflection.
