Come and learn about some changes to services and general service news in the city with presentations from the following:
- Rough Sleeper and Single Homelessness Commissioning Team
- Integrated Primary Care Homeless Team
- Arch Health & Common Ambition Project
We appreciate this is a time of much change, especially as services look to adapt to (hopefully) the lifting of restrictions, so we will also have some additional brief presentation slots for anyone else who would like to update on their service - just let Kate know and we can add you to the schedule.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and generally network and connect with others, even if it is on a screen.
