This training is for those ‘Navigators’/Outreach/Direct access housing services who are working in the South West region.
Are you confident that the people you work with are getting fair access to housing?
Are you confident that you will be able to facilitate access to a social care assessment when your clients need one?
MEAM, Plymouth Frontline Network and Shelter SW are inviting you to spend the morning meeting colleagues from across the south west, finding out what is working & what is not.
How do our experiences differ when challenging local authorities around Housing & Social Care?
In the afternoon we will welcome two lawyers from Shelter SW who will help us to gain the confidence we need to understand when to challenge a decision & when to look for other ways to help those we work with.
