About this event: This webinar will look at practical ways of tackling entrenched behaviour to achieve tenancy sustainment.

Sustaining tenancies is a demanding challenge for the tenant, the landlord and any support organisation. This webinar will look at the common reasons for tenancy failure with an emphasis on considering how a tenant’s entrenched behaviour and attitudes arising from the experience of homelessness can cause problems.

Who is the webinar for: All staff working in the homelessness and supported housing sector, particularly those working in tenancy sustainment and resettlement services.
