  • The C-19 Frontline Worker Support Forum is a space dedicated to sharing frontline worker information, guidance and solutions relating to the COVID-19 outbreak and its impact on frontline workers.

    Anyone who is a frontline worker supporting people experiencing homelessness can utilise this vital resource. You can ask a question, share information, or highlight best practice related to supporting people experiencing homelessness.

    Frontline workers are required to register to the Frontline Network, in order to access the C-19 Forum, however we will shortly be making it free to access for all Frontline Workers.

  • Please use the forum in a confidential, respectful, considerate, supportive and non-defamatory way. Please do not provide any personal details or details of the people you are supporting.

    Given the real-time nature of the forum we are unable to keep a constant check on the content and so are not responsible for any content posted or the consequences of any content posted.

This space is to to encourage Local Authorities across the UK to share best practice and good examples of how they are adapting their support to people experiencing homelessness during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are developing new policies, offers of support and task forces for local coordination amongst services, please share your learning here and support other environments to adapt.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure that Frontline Workers highlight the exceptional work they are doing on a daily basis, supporting people experiencing homelessness. Do you have a positive example you would like to share with other frontline workers? Whether it is little or large, we welcome you sharing any successes or positive news from the frontline.

Leigh Andrews of Change Communication has provided training on Acquired Brain Injury through the Frontline Network over the past year. Here she will share health message materials which are accessible for people with communication needs. She is also here to answer any specific acquired brain injury questions that you may have in relation to people you are supporting.
