New resources on Universal Credit launched for frontline workers

Homeless Link have recently launched three new briefings for frontline workers supporting people with making claims for Universal Credit which we wanted to share.
The briefings cover:
New Claimant tips for frontline teams, which includes information and tips on:
- Applying for Universal Credit – Preparation Checklist
- Setting up an online account
- Starting a claim using a new account
- Arranging an interview at the Job Centre

- Applying for an Advance Payments and an Advance Payment checklist
- Alternative Payment Arrangements and an APA checklist

Homelessness Easements and Hardship Payments, which includes information on:
- Homelessness Easements (what they are, who is eligible, how to access them, how long it lasts for and whether a decision can be appealed)
