Homeless Link
12pm - 3.30pm
St Erme Community Centre, Truro, TR4 9BD
You are warmly invited to attend the next Cornwall Community of Practice on Wednesday 24th October, at St Erme Community Centre. Communities of practice seek to build on local skills, knowledge and partnership working among frontline staff.
With lunch to start, this session will focus on mental health, and we are fortunate enough to be joined by the Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust's Community Mental Health Assessment Team Manager, as well as members of their team. This will be a great opportunity to increase partnership links between the homelessness sector and mental health, as well as to learn more about the assessment process for mental health services.
This event is free to attend, and open to all people working on the frontline in homelessness and related-fields across Cornwall. Please note that it will begin earlier than usual, in order to ensure the CMHT can attend.
Lunch will be provided – please inform us of any dietary requirements you may have in advance.
Please register here.
